• Patients affected                                                              
•  by rhizoarthrosis of the 1st                                                                                
•  or 2nd degree according to the                                                                     
•  Nalebuff classification
• Patients treated with other therapies
•  with no clinical improvement
• Patients aged 18 - 65 yy
•
•Exclusion criteria

• Recent traumatic injuries
• Rheumatic systemic pathologies
• Other ESWT exclusion criteria
•
ESWT not as first line treatment, only 6 month after other therapies
